This course is suitable for students who already have a good amount of driving experience.


15 hours of in-classroom instruction

During the classroom instruction we cover: Driving rules and regulations, Traffic Safety Act, sharing the road with others, road rage, defensive driving skills and maneuvers, alcohol and drug factor, collision avoidance, vehicle critical systems, vehicle maintenance, buying and selling plus insurance coverage. Classroom training is done over one weekend, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on a Saturday and Sunday consecutively. Please check our Calendar to see when our next classroom sessions will be held.

10 hours of in-car driving lessons

This includes 5 lessons of 2 hours each.
During the road training, the student will learn the proper Circle check/walk around of a vehicle, safe entry/exit, and a demo drive will be performed by the Government qualified instructor. They will also teach the basic habits, controls, visual lead time (search/scan), curb judgement (using mirror and blind spot demonstrations), residential driving such as uncontrolled/right of way judgement, right turns and left turns, mechanical check of the vehicle, entering traffic flow, lane changing, turning at lights, point of no return, traffic circles, parallel parking, one-way streets, merging, planning ahead, and much more. Road training will commence in low traffic areas and as the students develop their skills, heavier traffic will be introduced. Training will be catered towards the students’ needs.

Our simulator is designed to teach students about the basics of driving as well as prepare them for range of different unexpected worst-case scenarios.
The simulator covers many things such as: Intro to a vehicle & controls, Intro to roads & traffic, Highway driving, City driving, Country driving, Braking & safety distances, Risk awareness, and Night driving & proper headlight use.
